RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We believe in putting a personal touch into everything that we do and want your shopping experience to be a satisfying one. We are fully committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure that you are happy with every aspect of your order, even if returning it.
Returns for online orders must take place within 45 days after the original shipment date in order to receive a credit in the original form of payment.
To help us expedite your return request, please follow the simple steps listed below.
1) Send us an email at email@example.com to let us know that you plan to return the product.
2) Be sure to include your name and your order number.
Please note: we are sorry, but we are not able to exchange one product for another.
3) We will reply to your email to confirm that we have received your request and to answer any questions that you may have. In email we will also provide all further instructions for return with provided shipping address.
4) Ship the items back to shipping address, provided in our email, including your Order Number & Name. We cannot process a credit until the product is shipped back to us. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
8) For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss.
We regret that return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly and most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 business days);
- you receive the wrong item;
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense, unused and in it’s original packaging).
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for personalized or customized orders because of the nature of these items.
You can submit refund requests within:
- 45 days since your order was shipped. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled!
